Code of Conduct
ASI is committed to providing a safe and welcoming environment for all ASI Event participants.
We expect all participants at ASI Events -- including ancillary events and social gatherings,
whether they are official or unofficial, in-person or virtual -- to abide by ASI’s Terms of Use
posted on our website at https://www.imis.com/legal. ASI expects all
participants to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner and refrain from any
inappropriate or illegal behavior or activity. ASI prohibits any behavior or communication that
is intimidating, harassing, abusive, discriminatory, or derogatory, or any harmful or prejudicial
communication or behavior related to gender, sexual orientation, race, religion, nationality,
disability or other personal characteristics. Please contact [email protected] if you witness
any behavior or communication that violates this Code of Conduct.
ASI Event participants are further required to adhere to the following rules:
- The recording or transmissions of any education sessions, presentations, demos, videos,
or content in any format is strictly prohibited.
- All participants must comply with the instructions of the moderator and any ASI virtual
event staff. Disruption of presentations during sessions, in the exhibit hall, or at other
meeting-related events is strictly prohibited.
- Presentations, postings, and messages should not contain promotional materials, special
offers, job offers, product announcements, or solicitation for services. ASI reserves the
right to remove such messages and potentially ban sources of those solicitations.
- Participants may not copy or take screen shots of Q&A or any chat room activity that
takes place in the virtual space.
In the event of a violation of this Code of Conduct, ASI reserves the right to take any action we
deem necessary and appropriate, including deletion or restriction of postings or communications
and/or immediate removal from the event without warning or refund, and may also prohibit
attendance at any future ASI Event (virtual or in-person).
